When the equipment is produced from the supplier, we send pictures and information about the equipment. We write an invoice of 2. Rate covering the last 50 percent. The equipment will be shipped once we have received 2. Rate.
We can also offer to help with installation or advise your subcontractor on the installation of the equipment.
In Denmark microbrewery is a hit
Special beer has gradually won the hearts of the Danes, and many are brewing beers and special beers of their own, which can be enjoyed on the terrace. At the same time, the interest in microbreweries is also increasing. A microbrewery is a small brewery where beer is produced in smaller quantities and usually with traditional methods.
We offer you advice and guidance if you have a dream of enlarging your own home brewery. We can help you develop it and turn it into a true microbrewery business.
If you have made good beers based on a few good recipes and want to start selling wider than to just friends and family, we are ready to help you do business and become a professional.
We will guide you to success with your beer brewery
Before you start brewing, it is important to consider what you actually want. How big do you want your business to be and how much beer do you dream of producing? A small microbrewery usually brew about 500 liters of beer, and if you want that many liters, it is essential that you acquire professional production equipment.
Read the definitions of breweries at Det Frie Øl. Both Øl-Entusiasterne and we at Bryggeriudstyr ApS support this definition. We believe that you need to produce about 80-90,000 liters of beer a year if you, as a single-brewer, want to make a living by brewing beer.
Bryggeriudstyr ApS can provide all the equipment that you may need
It’s not always easy to figure out what equipment is needed when starting your own microbrewery. Here we provide professional guidance as well as translations of specifications and requirements so that you will understand what we are talking about.
First and foremost, it is important to obtain brewing containers. Here you have to choose from a basic set of two, three or four brewing tanks – depending on how much beer you want to produce and which brewing method you are using.
When you have finished the brewing process, the beer must be fermented and stored. This is where the alcohol is extracted and where the beer gets its unique flavor. This takes about 6 – 8 weeks – in some cases up to 10 weeks for special beers. Here we offer professional tanks in which you can control both pressure and temperature.
It is the number of fermenting and storage tanks (also called fermenters or CCT’s) that determine how big an annual production your will get. It is crucial to create as many automatic processes in the brewing process as possible – this way you minimize the heavy, routine and repetitive processes and you avoid to “work your way to death” along the way.
