Description
The filling is done through a filler tube, which is lowered into the bottles.
The filling takes place under CO2 pressure of up to 3 bar. The filling speed can be adjusted continuously from 0.5 to 2l/min by means of a throttle.
The beer quantity is stopped automatically. The beer should have a temperature of 1-5 ° C when bottling.
The filler is controlled by a PLC that is integrated into the column. All process-relevant parameters such as filling quantity can be set via the control. It guarantees that every bottle is filled with the same amount of beer throughout the filling process.
The device comes with a bottle holder of your choice. Please apply the correct bottle size when ordering. It is possible to order and install alternative bottle holders.
