Martin Schau, educated brewer with a background as agricultural mechanic. He knows both steel, equipment, processes and the craftmanship of brewing beer.
Martin established in 2004 the Baggårdsbryggeriet A/S in Holstebro. A company that he further developed and managed to 2009. Along the way he took the Brewery Association’s authorised Diploma Programme as a brewery master.
From 2009 he has worked as a brewing master and development consultant at Bøllingsø Bryghus, Nibe Bryghus, Restaurant Bryggen in Thisted, Teedawn ApS and Mulius Erichsen Bryghus – and given advice to a lot of small and larger microbreweries.
Martin can advise on all the technical details of the whole process – with thorough knowledge of brewing and technique.

Claus Thorhauge, journalist and entrepreneur specialising in it, engineering and industrial processes. Co-founder of Bøllingsøj Bryghus in Engesvang, where he has imported brewery equipment from suppliers in Germany, Belgium and China among other things.
Operates import business with toys from China, saebekassebil.dk.
Years has collaborated with the brewery equipment partner in China.
Claus has good experience of negotiating the details in place across language and cultural boundaries – and knows how to get the hardware home for the price, quality and on time.
